Shipping Policy — C Black Studios

C Black Studios is based in Tacoma, Washington, and ships within the United States. For international orders, please email us for a quote before purchasing.

Original paintings Originals are professionally packed and shipped fully insured with tracking. They usually ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Large works may ship by freight, and we'll contact you to coordinate delivery. Local pickup in the Tacoma area can be arranged by email.

Limited-edition giclée prints Each print is made to order by our fine-art print studio in the Seattle area. Production takes 3–5 business days, plus transit time. Shipping typically runs $15–25 depending on size and format. Canvas prints ship stretched and boxed, and paper prints ship flat or in a sturdy tube. Each print includes its signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.

Apparel and gifts Apparel and gift items usually ship within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or lost shipments If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email photos to wan2sculpt@gmail.com within 7 days so we can file a claim and replace or refund your item. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Address changes Please email us right away if your shipping address needs to change. Once an order ships, we can't redirect it.
