Refund Policy — C Black Studios

Thank you for bringing Colleen Black's art into your home. Every piece is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Original paintings Each original is one of a kind. You may return an original within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it arrives back in the same condition and original packaging. Please email us before shipping it back so we can arrange insured return shipping. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the work arrived damaged.

Limited-edition giclée prints Our giclée prints are signed, numbered, and made to order for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the print and packaging, and we'll replace it at no cost. If a replacement isn't possible, for example because the edition has sold out, we'll issue a full refund.

Apparel and gifts Unworn, unwashed apparel and unused gifts can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we made an error. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

Behind the Black (book) Copies purchased through Amazon follow Amazon's return policy. For signed copies purchased directly from us, the apparel and gifts policy applies.

How refunds are issued Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return. Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
